Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? no

Did you feel your stay was good value for money? no

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The property itself was of a high standard, but the overall feel was not very welcoming, lack of logs for the first night was disappointing, and we did really want the double bed in the third bedroom.

“Very nice high standard property in a lovely village with an excellent pub - The Greyhound just across the road. No garden for the dog but excellent walks all around. Disappointed as only 2 logs left in the log basket for the first night and an initial full basket was promised. Unsatisfactory response from owner and could find no logs nearby the following day. One of the reasons we chose the property was for the log burner. Also incorrect information regarding 3rd bedroom. Only 2 single beds, not a double and single as listed.”
