Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Otis and Bailey were welcomed and always made to feel that they were part of the family. Baskets and treats were ready in the room . The team especially Adan were great and made our stay as easy as possible. Being close to Chiswick common for morning toil

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? There was a mix up when we checked in as they hadn't received the booking we made. They weren't aware of Pets Pyjamas and there were no dog extras. The staff handled it really, really well though and made sure everything was sorted out with the room very

“Great location, just seconds from the high street. Lovely park a couple of minutes up the road. Beautiful decor with clever design ideas and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful.”
