“Great room with access outside to a small private area for the dogs to do what dogs do. On arrival, two dogs beds each laid out with treats and a toy. On Christmas day, the dogs weren't allowed into the restauarant but we had been made aware of that in advance. Instead, the receptionist just said that she would check on them from time to time and let them out. Parking was immediately outside and the walk to Hampton Court Palace and the Thames towpath only 3mins away. On the whole, a great place to stay whether you have dogs or not.”

“A welcoming, historic hotel with bags of charm and interest. The room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely and everything was dog friendly.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Description of deal should state continental breakfast and a £45 contribution to evening meal. Disappointed with breakfast as this deal was not cheap at over £1000 for two nights.

“Beautiful old hotel sat on the banks of the Thames directly opposite Hampton Court with a riverside walk to Kingston, we took the boat there and no charge for the dog and walked the 5k back alongside the palace. The hotel room was marvellous with courtyard access and outdoor furniture a lovely quiet area The bed was super comfortable and had plenty of space for the dog bed provided along with a bowl, toy and bag of treats for Trixie. Super dog friendly with access to all areas of the hotel. Because of the age and architecture of this old building there are a lot of stairs to navigate which maybe difficult for older dogs with mobility problems a lift is available though which helps. The staff are great and make a fuss of your dog. Two things to bear in mind parking is limited and the deal includes breakfast which is a continental, an English breakfast is extra, we were a little disappointed with this considering the cost. The evening meal was to the value of £45 per person but you can spend more! We had a great time and would love to go again.”

“We stayed for 2 nights on the Barking Britain Package and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The dogs were able to join us for all our meals and we were made to feel nothing was too much trouble. The Heritage bedroom was very nice and spacious and had access to a private courtyard. Parking at the hotel was free. We were spoilt for choice for dog walks right from the door. Needless to say we will return.”

“We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. From the lovely welcoming glass of wine to a very indulgent meal in the evening and all with our furry friend. The room was perfect and the dog bed and welcoming toy were much appreciated. We really did have a lovely stay, many thanks to the lovely staff.”
