“The Old Swill House is absolutely gorgeous! We (my husband, myself, our 5 year old Cavapoo, George, and our 6 month old son) couldn’t have asked for better accommodation for the purpose of our visit to the area. It was cosy, peaceful and very comfortable. There is a field right next to the cottage for dogs to have a ramble, and there are numerous walking paths and routes nearby. Check-in was incredibly straightforward, and Victoria, the owner, is very pleasant and helpful. We took essentials with us, but there is no local shop in the village, which would have been helpful to know in advance, as the nearest shop was a drive away. The local pub however is absolutely fabulous! We will definitely be looking to return.”
