“A faultless stay with our dog, Norman. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed - lovely bonus of food bowl and dog bed supplied, too. Norman was welcomed everywhere in the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. An excellent stay and we will definitely book again.”

“Hotel as described, clean & comfortable. Good breakfast buffet & restaurant evening meal was quality. Staff were friendly, helpful & professional. Dog was welcome, with enough outdoor space to toilet etc. Exceptional value through petspyjamas. Would certainly stay again.”

“Pleasant at reception. Room large with king size bed and fridge . Only hanging space for clothes no drawer or cupboard storage, only there 3 nights. Lived out of hold-all and suitcase. We were in Cardiff for a University Graduation, pleased to hang up dress and suit. Modern hotel with plenty of parking and space to walk our little yorkie. He was also allowed in dining room and bar area at all times. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Dined on two nights food was well cooked and reasonably priced. Will use this hotel again if in area.”

“We were satisfied with the hotel but it is not as dog friendly as you make out. We were initially given a room on the second floor which we had to change, there are no dog waste facilities anywhere and very limited spaces for exercising and allowing pets to go to the toilet.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Whilst the reception staff were pleasant and efficient overall, we suffered the same problem here as we have with other Pets Pyjamas bookings; namely the initial charge at checkout was for the whole cost, i.e. not taking account of the fact we had paid up

“We stayed for two nights while visiting Cardiff. The hotel was smart, well maintained and comfortable. The meals were good and, compared to many hotels we've stayed in, the breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were very pleasant and happy to provide our meals in the lounge area so our dog could be with us.On th the could do better front: there was no drinking (bottled) water provided in the room and the top-up service failed to replenish the teabags and tissues. As with many other hotels, this one hasn't found a way of displacing the smokers from the main entrance resulting in litter and a smoky fug to walk through to access and exit. Some poo bins on the grass areas would have been good too.”

“After being allocated a second floor room, which was not pet friendly, we contacted Pets Pyjamas who couldn't comprehend the issue. We made a direct approach to the hotel who could not have been more accommodating and immediately moved us to a ground floor room located near an external exit. The room was spacious and airey with modern facilities. There were nearby areas for dog walking. The dining room was well laid out and spacious, so able to accommodate both dogs without issue. All staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable and we would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a relaxing break with pets.”

“The room was ground floor at the very end of the building. It was spacious and clean - plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 big dogs. The bed was comfy too! The dogs were allowed in the bar area while we had an evening drink and also were allowed to sit with us while we had the buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful. A decent and convenient overnight stay.”
