“Room good, beds comfortable, en-suite clean with plenty of hot water. Breakfast wonderful, as were the evening meals. beers well kept. above all, without exception, the staff has that great mixture of being both professional and friendly; they made the Kings Arms even better! Our dog loved the attention!”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Pets Pj's need to research their hotels more thoroughly, and not misrepresent the facts to make money.

“We arrived very tired at The King's Arms last Friday evening, only to find what had been sold to me as a 'dog friendly' option and one 'of our top 15' dog appropriate hotels in the country, by the Pets Pyjama's rep, to find our completely depressing room, beside a noisy road and up a large flight of metal-edged stairs, in no way suitable for a dog. We decided to leave immediately, despite a further four hour drive to our home. The manager was a kind man and offered to change our room, but we could not stay. We had to forfeit the full cost of the room, and will not be using the services of 'Pets Pyjama's' again under any circumstances.”
