Our room was lovely. Dogs really made welcome and our dinner and breakfast were served by friendly staff and the food quality was good. One downside was our sat nav took us to the other side of the river, down a long, dirty potholed track as that has the same postcode. Apparently other customers have found this too so something the owners should make clear

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I feel the staff were under a lot of pressure because of the volume of people having lunches and dinner .breakfast was very haphazard for me personally because they simply were not trained up enough to deal with residents staying
Unfortunately it was a very busy establishment and the staff didn't seem to have much time for the residents

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I feel the room would benefit from a mirror opposite the window as putting makeup on in a dark space is impossible and the bathroom mirror was a real stretch to get close to as situated over the basin and over a shelf so at 5ft 4 in it was not easy , in t
We stayed at the Fleet Inn for 3 days and found the accommodation excellent. The only critasism was no wi fi in the room as advertised. I ended up paying a further £14 on my data as my data had run out. Apart from that the room was clean and welcoming. You would need a car to see all other towns near by,due to its location.

Very warm welcome after a long drive. Room was very comfortable with fabulous views over the river Avon. The well stocked fridge and home made biscuits were an added bonus, as were the bathroom goodie. Food was also well presented and delicious and our dog was made to feel very welcome too. The bar area had a real buzz about it and i would definitely stay there again and thoroughly recommend it.

This was our first time taking our 10 month old Labrador to a hotel so we were not sure what the quality of the room would be, I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and very well appointed, there were lots of good quality amenities. As we read in other reviews the pub and restaurants were completely dog friendly and the staff always made a big fuss of the dog. The weather was good so we had our breakfasts in the garden restaurant each morning, breakfasts were excellent and the waitress (Kerry) was super friendly. We also ate in the pub in the evenings, food was good but not as inspired by local sourced produce as the menu suggests, on the busiest of the evenings the service was a bit haphazard but we were in no hurry so not a problem. If I had to single out one negative thing from a mostly very positive experience, it would be that the room didn’t get serviced on the second day, apparently according to the cleaner that offered me fresh supplies, they didn’t have a room key? Strange but not major issue.
