Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? we had a slight water problem in our room, where the room above leaked on several occasions, but the staff did try to fix it and were accommodating on the bill for the slight inconvenience. Well handled all around. I would also say that the main restuar

“We had a great time at Thainstone house. The friendliness of the staff was lovely, the quality of the food and wine was great, and the hotel itself was very well appointed and decorated inside. It was a very dog-friendly hotel, where dogs had full access to the hotel, with the exception of the dining room, but you could also eat in the bar, with your dog, and have full access to the same restuarant menu. There was plenty of grounds within the hotel too to exercise your dog. The hotel also provided treats and water for the dogs at various places within the hotel, so they felt super included. Highly recommended”

“Had a lovely overnight stay with our 21 month old lab. Good sized room so plenty space for dog bed. Dog bowl in room on arrival. Lovely big garden at front for walking round. Nice touch at reception where there was a dog arrival but with water bowl, jar of dog treats and doggie information leaflet which contained some walks and a local vet contact details. Dogs allowed everywhere except the main restaurant and spa. We had dinner and breakfast in Club and drawing rooms. Staff were excellent- all gave our dog lots of attention. He even got a couple of sausages for breakfast.”

“This was our first short break with our dog and couldn't have picked a better place zeus was made very welcome right from the start by the staff room was ready with water bowl in it we chose to take all our own stuff but they do offer you a pet package you can have your pet anywhere in hotel apart from main restaurant so we ate in the bar huge area out the front to walk and play that is well maintained had an excellent 2 night's would definitely go back all 3 of us had a ball”
