Did you feel your stay was good value for money? no

“The hotel looks lovely at first but it is a bit tired and attention to detail lacking, for example a broken shower, chipped glass in room, dusty back of tv. We weren’t told about the specials at dinner and only saw the board when we were leaving. The food we had was very nice but the specials looked good! Nothing for our dog, not even a bowl of water offered. They had no record we paid but accepted our email, though still charged us for the dog but Petpyjamas are sorting that. Service was friendly.”

“Clean and large bedroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Food overpriced especially when you add the 10% service charge, which we only knew about when we got the bill. Note service charge is added to all food and drinks so if you buy only a drink at the bar, 10% will be added unless you tell them. No one told us about service charge. When we checked out, we were asked to pay for room package, drinks, surcharge and dog charge. Had to prove via email/bank statement that we had paid for room/food. ”
