Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? yes

Did you feel your stay was good value for money? no

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Taking in to account it was NY eve so very busy, no dog bed etc provided even though advert says it is. Rooms are very ‘worn round the edges’ . Reception staff mostly helpful but provided wrong bill 3 times and no one seemed to be able to sort it. Dinner was not good so prob better to not pay the premium and include it. Breakfast however was great. Lots of Woodland walks nearby which was great

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Pets pyjamas need to make sure the descriptions and facilities are kept up to date. If I'd have booked straight with the hotel many of the issues could have been sorted out especially the climbing of stairs.

“Bow wow factor totally wrong. Not all dog friendly rooms on ground floor as I found out when arrived ( I'm disabled). No garden for the dogs, just car park. No walks straight from the door unless you include a shared pavement with cyclists along side a 40mph road with choking exhaust fumes as a walk. And to top it all off we were told that we hadn't paid when in fact the payment was taken in full from our bank account on the 4th August 22. Moving on to the plus points the hotel staff were wonderful, the room was very nice and the food excellent and we could dine with the dogs. This is our 3rd holiday with pets pyjamas and each one has had problems with payment (but not by us). Please be aware of this before you book.”

“We stayed here for a long weekend and have to say it totally positively surprised us. Great location, rooms and good food. Friendly staff rounded up the experience.”
