Our room was large and it was clean and tidy. It was a little noisy at night as we could hear wardrobes opening/closing, kettles boiling and beds squeaking in the other 2 rooms in our block. You advertised car parking available on site. There is NO parking on site. You had to park some 4 minutes walk away from the hotel. You couldn’t park before 3pm at the car park and you had to move off before 11am next day otherwise there would be a penalty charge notice landing on your windscreen. We had an email 2 days before going either from yourselves or the hotel stating there a fridge in dog friendly rooms. There was no fridge! There was no doggie treats at all at our hotel. We had to ask each morning for a sausage for our dog otherwise we wouldn’t have received one. We paid a fair bit of money for our Pets in Pyjamas stay but felt a bit disappointed in some aspects of our 3 night stay. Luckily the weather was fab and the town of Witney was beautiful as well as other attractions and towns we visited in the Cotswolds.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Constantly having to remind staff of all inclusive dinner bed and breakfast.
The staff where excellent, very attentive, couple drawbacks were no on site parking! Quite a walk to car, had to park in 12 hour one which was free, but I didn’t like this as I could not keep ‘eye’ on her. Second night there was a leak from room above, no treats or food for my best friend, although first night she was given cold chicken! Room was excellent. I think next time I will make sure there is parking on site, walks for my dog. I’d give 5 stars for staff and cleanliness of room, 3 stars for dinner, breakfast was too big! Noises at night due to being in middle of town.

The hotel is not that dog friendly given other hotels on the Pets in Pyjamas list. The room was adequate only with no hanging space. The female staff were both friendly and helpful and the breakfast menu extensive and good quality. The dinner menu somewhat limited.Anybody infirm would have difficulty as there is no car park ,parking is available in Waitrose a good distance away.

Lovely room with plenty of space for the dog crate. Only issue was finding somewhere to park the car adjacent to the hotel for unloading and loading which did cause some issues (the hotel doesn’t have any car parking and the car parks are a short walk away).
