“Room large and comfortable. Food good. You had to time Breakfast and Dinner at the right time because there were three coach parties staying at the hotel and if you dined at the same time as them you had to wait. Dogs not allowed in the restaurant but we were allocated a corner table in the bar where we could dine with our dog, with the restaurant menu.A good autumn break in a great location”

“Check in no earlier than 3pm. Very easy check in and check out process and all the staff were professional, cheerful and very helpful. The hotel was quite busy but didn’t lose its charm and there was plenty of parking. A wonderful selection of whisky in the bar and the barman knows his stuff so could advise. The location is absolutely perfect for long or short walks with the dog. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food was lovely. Plenty of options for breakfast. The room was clean and well presented albeit a little dated. Lots of creaking from the room above due to thin floors which did not deter us from a good night’s sleep. Overall we had a lovely stay which was good value for money and would recommend the process through Pets Pajamas.”

“We had a great stay here with our 2 dogs. We were all made to feel very welcome. We had a ground floor room and there was plenty of space for us and our two labradors. The buffet breakfast was fab. Will definitely return.”
