Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We took photographs of the condition and PetsPyjamas who we booked it through were in agreement that it was not upto standard am not sure if Sykes have the same opinion.

“The house had not been cleaned - it was filthy- carpet had stains where dogs had coked their legs Rodents running around in the ceiling and walls. We left after 3nights just couldn't stay any longer. Directions were appalling - the lane to the property was so overgrown the brambles will scratch your car - The owners were very pleasant but I fear they have not invested enough in this property yet - hopefully it will improve.”

Hello Lindsey, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback from your stay at Trenant Cottage in September, we were disappointed to hear your experience wasn't at all as good as it should have been when you first wrote in and provided the photos. I understand a refund of £150.00 was obtained and the owner of the property was made aware of the issues you encountered and has assured us that the standards within the cottage have been corrected.
