Beautiful, luxury hotel in the central location. Staff were warm, accommodating and looked after us brilliantly. Brilliant food, with a breakfast sausage for our dog each morning, and a water bowl and treats waiting in the room for him. Nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The bedding was a bit on the light side, but our pooch enjoys laying on carpet anyway. Although there was a doggy wash area, there wasn’t a dedicated bin for doggy waste
My wife and I and our 8 yr old black Labrador stayed for one night to celebrate my wife’s birthday and all was great. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and our pooch settled in well - she stayed in our room whilst we dined in the restaurant. She was the only dog staying so little temptation to bark at other “residents”!

We decided to stay at The Arden Hotel as it was our 15th Wedding Anniversary earlier in the month and we were attending DogFest at Ragley Hall. The staff were wonderful and we were even upgraded to a Master suite, which was beautiful! Everyone made such a fuss of Juniper and they would even call out to her when seeing her in various parts of the hotel. She was given a lovely little welcome package of a bed and bowls to use while there and lots of delicious treats! We were allowed to take her to most parts of the hotel, including the restaurant, which has dog-friendly areas. We were advised that they had a Mud Daddy that we could use if needed. Service was impeccable and every member of staff that we met were happy and friendly. We would recommend the hotel and hope to visit again!

Dexter and Dilly, our Westies, loved their stay here as much as we did! The hotel car park is located via Chapel Lane and we were able to recharge our electric car free! The reception team welcomed us all and Dexter and Dilly were excited to start playing with their new toys upon arrival in our gorgeous room. The treats were quickly dispatched too! We had a delicious pre-theatre dinner whilst the dogs relaxed in their room, but they could have joined us in. Then we simply crossed the road into the RSC to watch A Christmas Carol. The rooom was so comfortable, lovely Espa products, a useful size bottle of fresh milk in the fridge and a great range of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Super comfy bed so we slept well! It was easy to walk them straight outside for last thing at night and early morning tiddles. Dexter and Dilly joined us for breakfast (cereals, pastries, cooked all on the menu), but sadly no sausages for them (we hoped they might be offered). Fortunately I had printed out my Pets Pyjamas booking in order to remove the £50 charge for Dexter and Dilly which had been added. The error was dealt with swiftly. We’d like to thank The Adren for such a super stay and will absolutely stay again knowing that Dexter & Dilly will love it too!

Warm and welcoming staff. Lovely doggie extras and a perfect dog walking area. There are renovations ongoing at the moment but they weren't a problem. I didn't appear to be upgraded (I had the room that is shown in the picture as being a Classic room - but didn't know this at the time) but I was given a £30 per night credit for the restaurant. Bailey was thoroughly spoilt and loved every minute.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? we only accepted this hotel as a late alternatve having discovered by chance that PP had cancelled a reservation at our preferred hotel, but not informed us.
while the staff were very pleasant we were not impressed with the overall condition of the hotel or our room, which was 'tired', dim and had a stained carpet. Being near the houskeeping staff entrance meant we were wakened early and opposite the the main entrance meant we couldnt have windows open. we do not consider this hotel value for money, compared to other PP recommended hotels we have stayed in

Dear Colleen, We are sorry that your trip did not go to plan at all, and you had an overall disappointing experience with both your stay and the booking process. We pride ourselves not only on our wonderful Pet Concierge Team, but also the fantastic properties we work with so we are let down to know we failed you on this occasion. Rest assured we have passed your comments onto our properties manager and will continue to work closely with the accommodation to ensure this does not happen again. Lauren

The Hotel Arden was perfect. Staff who couldn't de enough for you, great food and all served at the table - no self service - which we liked. Very accommodating for dog. Excellent location
