“Fab stay with just the two of us and our two dogs in a club double at the hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff and large well appointed room. Could maybe have done with some double glazing in our particular room to help reduce winter condensation but it was nonetheless warm and cosy. Breakfast was very well portioned and the bar great with good bar snacks available at very reasonable prices. Great location right on the river bank below and adjacent to castle a short stroll to town and in opposite direction to the river woodland walk. Perfect for getting us and the dogs out for a wee walk. Great vibe in town for bars, food and music! Will be returning soon!”
