“We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The young staff were very helpful. Our room was clean with a quirky bathroom and lovely toiletries. Lupa thoroughly enjoyed all the attention and her breakfast sausage.”

“Lovely place to stay. Parking right outside in the market place. Very dog friendly welcome pack on arrival for dog including dog feeding bowl dog treats tennis ball and poop sacks. Staff very accommodating polite and friendly. Room excellent, lovely touches such as nespresso machine along side tea coffee facility. DaB radio. Heated towel rail in bathroom with full size quality toiletries for use. Excellent breakfast we had full English. Also a sausage for the dog which was a lovely touch. Relaxing place to stay. Well located in the town. We ate evening meal also which was very nice. Dogs allowed to fine eith you in the pleasant bar area.”

“Fabulous hotel,facilities great, large bedroom for us and the pooches, excellent food, excellent location staff were very polite helpful and we had parking too would definitely recommend this hotel and pets pyjamas”

“We have just had THE best mini break in Richmond. The King's Head staff were all lovely and we were all made to feel very welcome, especially our little Cairn terrier! Our room was fabulous and the hotel location is perfect. Thank you”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Dependant on what tine of year, some rooms are cooler which would suit a dog like mine asse has a double coat, room 208 in particular is a goif option o request.

“Lovely welcoming hotel staff, central location within Richmond. Great place to enjoy with our dogs who were made to feel very welcome. Plenty of space to enjoy a meal, with or without dogs as both options available. Food excellent, staff very helpful. Thank you Laura who ensured our stay was pawfect! Booked again for June! Sari & Zippy say woof woof too x”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Missed out on the cream tea included in the package. We didn’t receive it on arrival as stated although when we enquired we could have booked it but we then didn’t have enough time.

“All staff were very friendly & welcoming to us humans as well as the dog, in fact our springer was very spoilt with attention & belly rubs! The location is excellent. Our room was comfortable although as we were situated at the front of hotel of which looked over the beautiful market square, it was noisy on the Thursday & Friday night & Saturday morning from 4.30am they were settling up the market stalls. We would love to stay again but would look into staying in a quieter room so we could get a good sleep. Other than that everything else was excellent!”

“This is a lovely property in the heart of Richmond town centre which is a very dog friendly property. With the offer that PetsPyjamas secured there is nowhere better to stay in the area. The staff were always very polite and seem always happy to please. This is definitely the best place in Richmond.”
