Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Would highly recommend The Feathers who delivered the experience that PetsPyjamas promised.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Feathers, the room was beautiful and we did not feel like second class citizens for having Hattie our toy poodle with us, as is the case sadly at some establishments we have tried in the past that try and put you in some outbuilding. We were able to eat in the bar and lounge with Hattie and were always made to feel welcome. The food for vegetarians was excellent. Overall we can not fault The Feathers Hotel and our fist experience of booking through the PetsPyjamas site was excellent. We have booked some where else and are hoping it is just as good.

Very welcoming hotel. Lovely room. Very dog friendly, our Whippet loved his breakfast sausage. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This was our second visit and won't be our last.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Just that everything else about the stay, and Ledbury was great
Upon arrival and all during our stay the staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. The only issue we have is that there was no accommodating the dog we brought with us in the restaurant. For breakfast time we were given a table out of the main dining area in what felt like a draughty corridor between the seating area and reception. For the evening meal we were moved to the in house coffee shop and although the staff were very attentive it did take the edge off an otherwise pleasant meal. Booking through Petspyjamas we were surprised not to be able to use the same facilities as everyone else. When we book a hotel through PetsPyjamas we want us and our dog to feel like VIP's not second class citizens. Unusually for a 'dog-friendly' hotel there were no treats, no dog bowl, no bed, no little extras that we have come to expect when we book a trip with our dog. Would have given 5 stars if our dog had been more welcome

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The hotel has been restored so well, retaining lots of features. The staircase and floors are a little wonky and uneven but thatā€™s part of itā€™s charm.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel, itā€™s so full of character. The food was delicious too and the waitress even brought our dog a sausage at breakfast! There was a Nespresso coffee maker in the room, an iron and a hairdryer. When we arrived the bedside lamps were lit and Classic FM playing on the radio, a lovely welcome! We loved Ledbury too, a charming black and white timbered town with lots of independent shops. Would definitely recommend The Feathers, in fact we hope to return there soon.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Ā£120 would be a fair price I think.
Pleasantly surprised. The hotel met expectations and provided a good comfortable stay.

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Wi-fi signal in our room ( room 9 ) was poor and kept dropping out, but strong in lounge area. ( Not a deal breaker ). Radiator in room needed bleeding and TV aerial cable needed replacing which was rectified by duty manager almost immediately.
3rd stay at a Coaching Inn Group hotel and the standard is as high as ever. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was well-appointed and very clean and the bed was very comfortable, what we have come to expect from this group. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Overall an enjoyable stay and would return.

We have stayed at many of the hotels in the Coaching Inn Group before with our little four-legged friend. This is the first time we have booked through PetsPyjamas and were delighted to stay with a hotel group that we know and love, who are perfectly accepting of dogs. We had an amazing 3 nights for the price of 2, including a two-course meal on one night of our stay. The booking procedure with PetsPyjamas was easy to complete online, with a quick confirmation of the booking. Communication was excellent (I asked if we could have a quiet room) and this was all confirmed by email. The Inn is very much in the heart of Ledbury, with lots of restaurants and cafe life (although we chose to eat in The Feathers as it had a great atmosphere). There is a car park at the back of the hotel (accessed from the side road) with free parking. The decor in the hotel is beautiful and all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We chose to have our dog sitting under our table for breakfast, which is served at the table - not a problem, a table was set up in the main hotel sitting area each morning waiting for us, near the coffee shop. The hotel is clearly a favourite with locals who call in for drinks and a bite to eat, to sit down in the lovely hotel surroundings by an open fire. There are lots of places to visit nearby - we found Eastnor Castle which is about 3 miles away and has extensive grounds and clear paths for dog walking. Easily accessible with a pushchair or a wheelchair. Definitely recommended!

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Could not fault this place at all!
We loved our visit to The Feathers. Firstly, it is beautiful -a property full of character with stunning decor. It is so comfortable, the room was stunning with lots of lovely little touches. Secondly, the staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, especially towards our dog. It was our first hotel stay with our dog and it was perfect. Lastly, the food was fabulous! We had several meals there and they were all exceptional. Thank you to the entire team, we cannot wait to return!
