“On arrival we were welcomed very warmly to the hotel, the reception staff met us outside to help me up the front steps with our pram. The hotel and rooms were decorated beautifully creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Our doggy Strudel was extremely excited to find a dog bed and bowl filled with doggy treats and titbits for his stay. We couldn’t get our AC working initially but the staff were very quick to help. What an absolute treat to use the en-suite shower, I think possibly the best shower I have had EVER!! An opportunity to relax for a few moments away from the madness that is our working cocker and 3 month old baby. To top it off the staff were exceptionally friendly to our pup, who was allowed to join us in the diner for breakfast (which was included and delicious - I had a very generous eggs royale!). We will certainly come back again if ever we return to Cheltenham.”

“2, rooms booked, one large one std Delightful bathrooms, comfortable beds, pleasant dog beds, room could have been cleaner (better hoovered and chairs wiped down) linen and towels clean Excellent breakfast happy to have dogs in dining room, convenient, close parking at a cost For some reason the payment had not gone through, although petspjs had passed it on so I was asked for my credit card, petspjs were most helpful and I have received a refund from hotel, hotel staff were polite but this was an unpleasant surprise on our arrival”
