“We found out our booking was cancelled with just one day to go before leaving home. Pets Pjamas kindly offered us alternatives and were sorry but the alternatives were unfortunately not suitable for our pets. Over a week later we are still awaiting a refund. Disspointing expereince and now we are very out of pocket as had to pay for new cottage elesewhere at last minute and no money returned at yet. Unlikely to use PP again.”

We understand how upsetting and inconvenient it must have been to have your booking cancelled at such short notice, especially when travelling with dogs and facing the pressure of finding a suitable alternative.
