“We contacted pets pyjamas as soon as we arrived the house was shabby, there were cooking utentials with slug marks, mildew in the fridge, dirty underwater in the bedroom. The heating did not work,we were told to contact dream cottages to sort out the problem. After two days we eventually spoke to someone who was not interested in our complaints. He agreed to send us a email address for us to send him photos of the unhygienic place, I explained that would be a problem as it did not work! Phoned pets pyjamas again expecting a refund as we had to leave three days earlier , had promises but once again no action. Would not touch pets pyjamas with a bargepoal if we had looked at at other sites would have seen similar concerns, and would not booked but pets p. Have not answered our concerns. We are now considering going legal as this should not be allowed to continue. Vivienne williams”
