Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? no

“Clean but very tired property. It was just about ok because of the price we paid but not the best location if you need somewhere for your dog to be off lead. No where to walk the dog on site. Nearest decent dog walk is 10 minutes by car. Kitt Hill. Upon arrival the property smelt damp and musty. However it was clean so think it has been flooded and just not dried out. TV has lost its colour. Everything was a bit tatty. People in local bar on site friendly but food was terrible. Dog bowls and towel provided. No dishwasher, but as water was nice and hot didn't cause many problems. Had to go and buy coffee bags and tea bags as no teapot or cafetiere. Again not the end of the world just unexpected so to sum up this is very basic accommodation which may suit some but not for us.”
