“Had a lovely weeks stay here at start of December. We did have have an email from owner saying she had been unable to decorate cottage for Christmas because of bad weather, which we thought was a nice touch. We arrived about 4.30pm it was dark, cold and wet and initial impressions were a bit of a let down. . . hallway light wasn’t working and the cottage was really cold. The welcome tray was good, lots of coffee, tea and sugar sachets provided plus a couple of Bonio’s for our little dog. The next morning after a good nights sleep and we had got the cottage warmed up, everything felt a lot more positive”
