“Great size flat. Lovely location for either Newquay or Fistral. Clean and comfortable. Denise the property manager was very helpful when we couldn’t get the fridge to work. I agree with other reviews that the fridge and dishwasher are small. Whilst a dog is allowed in the flat it is not allowed in any communal area except to enter or leave the property. It states on Sykes that dogs are allowed on communal property. They aren’t. This means you cannot open the back door as there is no enclosed patio area. I’d therefore not call it pets welcomed but pets allowed or tolerated. There were dog bowls in the flat though. I would book it again if I wasn’t bringing the dogs as it’s in a great position.”
