“Darach was very well presented & ideal for travelling around the West Coast of Scotland & over to the islands. The place was clean & had all the necessary facilities, beautifully quiet & with stunning views across to the loch beyond ----- when the sun shone ! Sadly the weather for our trip wasn't the best, but then you don't go to western Scotland for the weather !. Our hosts were attentive & helpful when needed, but unobtrusive which was good. The place itself was wonderful for our dog, who had the run of the paddocks surrounding the cottage. One word of caution - the track leading up to the farm & the cottage is unmade, quite steep & has two turns that are quite tight. NOT the sort of track you want to be taking a low-slung car up ! Otherwise we, and Mollie, had a lovely stay thank you.”
