“Arrived at Ramshead Cottage after receiving a text message from Richard. The cottage was very clean and well equiped and the bed was comfortable. Disappointed that we did not receive any welcome pack for us or our dog, which is mentioned in your description of the property. The cottage states that parking is on the road which was fine but no mention in your description of how noisy the road is!! Also, there is a sign on the stairgate saying no dogs allowed upstairs which meant we would have to take it in turns to sleep downstairs with him as the crate he normally sleeps in was too big to bring with us. If we had known this we wouldn't have booked to stay here. We feel that the description of the property to some extent is misleading in parts. This is our first time booking with Pets Pyjamas thinking that our dog would be specially catered for, but, as it turned out, not so.”
