Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? Yes

Did you feel your stay was good value for money? No

“Property is badly in need for a full re decoration, all the walls are heavily marked, there are various water marks on the ceilings. The shower & bath need re sealing as the seals are mouldy. The kettle was disgusting and full of limescale - not useable and obviously hasn't been checked for a long time. The wallpaper in the dining area was coming off the walls. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable & felt very cheap. Gave me a really sore back. Not really what I expect when paying £250 a night!!! Could have stayed in a 5* hotel for the same money which would have been imaculate With some improvements it could be made to be really nice as the house itself is nice and the location is great.”
