“This is really a note to the owner. We acknowledge you have tried to make this accommodation comfortable, however we found that there was a smell of urine the bedroom, which we can only assume was a previous guest with their dog. You have tried to address this with a cleaning product ! But we feel it made it worse. My husband also said there was a smell coming from the sofa when you reclined it. We had problems with the hot water and tv, which we did relay to the owner at the time. We did leave early partly due to the smell. We are sorry to point theses things out but we never normally have issues with dog smells . Obviously this is not the owners fault but the previous guests with their dog and toilet issues. However the cleaner must have realise there was an issue?”
