“A very tired looking hotel from outside Rooms not the biggest if you take a dog No hot water Heating permantly on Blood stains on bed sheets Reception staff Miserable , if you ring they dont answer Tried to charge me £35 on checking out , but couldnt tell me why , i said unless you tell me what it was for im not paying it , so i just left Swimming pool closed , a nice shade of green , but thankfully closed When i booked i thought it was mentioned ozzie (Dog) would get a treat pack , never got Sorry to say , we certainly wouldnt be back”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The staff here booked us to dine at next door Carlton hotel. The food there was amazing and staff too. Breakfast @ East Cliff was the best we have had.

“Pleasant staff , hotel looks tired from outside but double executive room was big enough clean and tea coffee making. As weather was good we ate breakfast outside else u can only sit in bar area with dogs which is plenty large enough”
