“The hotel was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The deal I got with Pets Pyjamas included free pets and some kind of gift for my dog which I never got. I found the same hotel cheaper on secret escapes which also included free parking and a free evening meal and free access to the spa and leisure centre all of which I had to pay for with pets pyjamas. Considering that I would have had to pay the pet surcharge with secret escapes it still worked out to be a substantial saving compared to pet pyjamas. Also, pet pyjamas charge a fee to cancel even if the hotel has free cancellation so that’s another reason I won’t use pet pyjamas again.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? At times the service was slow. There didn't seem to be enough staff available.

“The hotel was adequate for our purposes. However, it is rather dated & in need of some sprucing up. It is a dog friendly hotel but we were only able to eat in the bar area, not the restaurant. We did not receive a welcome package for our dog!”

“Our room was very spacious with an enormous bed which was comfortable, however the decor and carpet in room was tired. The hotel itself was nice and staff very friendly. We ate in the bar area along with our dog which was perfect for us, the food was to a good standard. No treats or goodies provide for our dog as stated on the description of the hotel but we could live with that. Location was good. All in all a lovely stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.”
