“Room was not very clean and broken light , toilet flush and dripping tap No dog bowl. Reception had never heard of company and were surprised about our booking but staff helpful and polite”

“Right next to the train station. We were expected (including the dog), but they didn't seem to know anything about Pets Pyjamas or the info I had given to PP. Payment had been received. The room was comfortable with a good bed for people. No rug, bed or water bowl for the dog, so we improvised - I expect we could have asked for something. The bar had one of the least adequate stocks of whisky I have ever encountered in a hotel. Breakfast was very good, and staff were helpful and attentive.”
