“The estate it’s self was lovely, as were the reception staff. But bar staff and restaurant service was very poor. List to long to mention. Appreciate they may have been short staffed, but nobody seemed to know what they were doing. When you pay a decent price, you expect better, a lot could be improved with some management”

“The deluxe room was basic, with a view of the carpark. Dinner on Saturday night, steak, I had to send back. The service was poor. Their second attempt at steak was passable. Not worth what they charged. The waiter couldn’t answer questions. The restaurant was an overpriced canteen. Evidently a free chefs had recently walked and they were struggling to find replacements. Now going back there. Breakfast was good. In all, they appear to be advertising an experience they are ill equipped to provide.”
