“Hi we can really recommend Dial House and the fantastic staff has well has the warm welcome you get from the shop keeper , pub landlords and staff of Reapham. Our room overlooked the town square and although a lot of noise and activity earlier in the morning due to deliveries and people going to work it was fascinating to watch. The room was very comfortable and a large bathroom in a very old building that leant to its charm. If get the chance go and stay our little dog enjoyed himself with the great countryside to wander in and sniff new smells.when you go try the bread source for its amazing pastries and savouries and the staff are really friendly and help full .”

“We stayed in the Orient room. Lovely and comfortable. Shower was amazing. Pips our pooch was catered for with dog bowls , gravy bones and a comfortable bed too. Breakfast is a nice choice of pastries. £10 allowance is very generous. Reepham is a lovely place to stay, friendly and 2 lovely pubs. I would definitely reccomend this hotel and we will definitely be returning.”

“Beautiful building with very friendly and welcoming staff. We stayed on Tuesday and Wednesday night. There is no bar or tea or coffee facility outside of the room and the pub opposite is closed until 17:30 which meant had to get back in the car and drive to another pub after travelling almost three hours to get there. The Dial House is unmanned from 17:30 so we felt very confined to our room unless we went to the pub. There is no food available on Tuesdays as the Dial House Restaurant does not open which we did know about in advance so we went to the pub opposite which was really lovely. We couldn't get the TV to work properly and we couldn't open the coffee sachets and as there was no one around to ask, my husband had to use his razor to machete it open! Biggest disappointment was that there was no cooked breakfast, which is stated on the website apparently but we had not seen it. It may be a very different experience at the weekend but I wouldn't recommend an early week stay.”

“Charlie, our 3 year old cocker spaniel, suggested this lovely place to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary and we were delighted with the whole experience! Fabulous building, very individually designed bedrooms, welcoming staff and food to die for. They provide a dog crate and comfy bed for doggies and complimentary treats for bedtimes...as well as a sausage for breakfast. Charlie Highly recommends a stay with your humans.”
