“Everything in the Barn was thoughtfully provided. Lovely enclosed garden for dogs. Very friendly knowledgeable hosts. Will definitely be coming back. Great place to visit the Cotswolds as a base.”

“I rented Monastery Barn for five nights during a very wet November. The house is fully equipped and super dog-friendly. The hosts have left very detailed information on the surrounding area with recommendations for restaurants. I rented the house to escape the fireworks in London. The village is very calm and there were great walks. I had a fabulous time - I bet it is even better in summer!”

“We have just spent a week at the Monastery Barn it was the most relaxing week. Having said that we did lots of lovely dog walks straight from the door and visited some National Trust houses. The Barn is fabulously equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The fully enclosed quiet garden for my dogs was idyllic. The hosts were amazing, lovely knowledgeable people and so helpful! I cannot recommend Monastery Barn and Alastair and Patricia highly enough! If you want a peaceful holiday with Stratford and Oxford on your doorstep then this is definitely the place! You and your dogs will feel completely at home and never want to leave!”
