Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? The owners are lucky to have such a great property, but it’s a pity it’s not so well looked after and could be 5-Stars with the correct TLC and much-needed makeover to bring it up to scratch!

“We had a fantastic stay at Brunswick Heights. Location is perfect as it’s peacefully tucked-away yet moments from all the amenities that Torquay has to offer and a great base to explore beautiful towns and beaches nearby! The views from the rental which is more like a semi-detached cottage than an apartment are sensational over the bay down to part of the marina and surrounding hills… Sadly, the accommodation needs a really good spring clean, the heating was very hit and miss and so was chilly some nights! The place could really do with an update and the TV is ridiculously far too high on the wall! Luckily, we had constant hot water, but the plug has to be turned exactly to the right pressure to stop water draining away, which was very annoying and was hit and miss too! It’s very disappointing that the garden is not enclosed as it needs a side gate - the accommodation is advertised as dog-friendly so this is a must! Furthermore, there’s no decent garden furniture to speak of, to sit out on a sunny day and enjoy those fabulous views! (We had pretty good weather). With all the negatives we’ve still given the accommodation 4-Stars because of the great location, views and the spacious interior layout flows very well… Moreover, we had a wonderful holiday and would still recommend a stay despite the negatives I’ve mentioned!”
