“We used the Humber View hotel as a base while visiting family. The room was very clean, and ideal being on the ground floor due to our little pooch joining us for the trip. Breakfast was great, plenty of selection for all. One minor point, the room and corridor smelt very musty on arrival, once the window was opened it did improve. Maybe some better venting required? All in all a very good experience and will definitely use again.”

“The staff were simply amazing at the hotel and even though there was a proper function on in the dining area for new year they set us a table up in the bar area (avec our dog Kinx) with balloons, hats, etc and served the New Years food to our table. So thats the good bit. The bad bit is that the room they put us in was verging on disgusting with chewed dog biscuits, rotting carrots and other bits under the bed (which Kinx found within 30 seconds of getting into the room). The room didn't look like it had seen a deep cleaned for months and months and the carpet was gritty, full of dog hair and dirty. So in summary staff everywhere we lovely and amazing and made us feel like their only guests even though there were another 260 people staying, but the room was a disgrace.”
