“Nice historic hotel, owners and dogs made to feel welcome. There are a number of walks nearby within a few minutes. A high quality steak restaurant is attached to Hotel (Dexters) but you need to eat in the bar if with your dog; food is nice but pricey. Plenty of pubs and food options nearby if you don't want to eat in.”

“We spent two memorable nights at Browns hotel for my birthday. Myself my daughter and her little dog. We couldn’t have been made more welcome. The room (St Ishmael) was lovely and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Food at the hotel was excellent even though the vegetarian menu was limited what we had was lovely. Laugharne itself is beautiful and very dog friendly. We will definitely revisit Browns and would recommend for anyone wanting a few nights away with their pooch.”

“Had an fantastic stay at Brown’s. Our room, Talacharn, was amazing. Spotlessly clean with comfy bed. We ate in the bar every night. (Recommend booking ahead!) Great atmosphere and lovely food. Super friendly, efficient staff. We will be back! One small thing, no bed or bowl provided for dog, like some dog friendly rooms, but we had our own anyway, so not a problem.”
