Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? No

Did you feel your stay was good value for money? No

“Beautiful hotel great location. Team on reception upon arrival did not seem to know we were booked with our two dogs, we were told there was a charge for the dogs staying (there shouldn't have been) and the manager seemed to be afraid of dogs. The dogs were not welcome in any areas of the hotel except our room so had to have breakfast separately and no where to have a drink together with them. Would recommend if you are just looking for a base with your dogs but not if the stay with them is really important to you. Other team members were much more welcoming than the initial reception team. Breakfast service was very slow.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? If you travel by train, Paddington train & tube stations are just a 6 minute walk.If travelling from Euston Station take the short walk to Euston Square tube station to Paddington tube station.

“This is a fabulous hotel with great staff and lovely food. The rooms are first class with great beds & decoration. I would highly recommend this dog friendly Hotel especially for the convenient location of for Hyde Park & Kensington gardens which are just a 2 minute walk.”
