“We thought that Homewood was one of the best hotels that encompasses all of our needs. It has an amazing restaurant, spa, hotel and a selection dog entertainment. We enjoyed room service for both dinner and breakfast. The quality and choice was exceptional so we could relax in our room with the dogs, whilst enjoying delicious food from the restaurant. We will definitely be returning and will recommend to friends as Homewood has everything that you need to have a relaxing and memorable experience as a family.”

“We only stayed one night but we cannot recommend this hotel enough to other doggy travellers. Lovely hotel and grounds. Comfy bar and lounges with a dog friendly restaurant and conservatory. Comfortable and well apointed rooms. Very friendly staff and first class service at all times. The food was also excellent. This has to be the first Dog Friendly Hotel we have stayed in that we cannot fault. Other dog friendly hotels could learn a lot from this hotel!”

“Our stay at Homewood Hotel was just perfect, could not expect better! It was my first holiday in an hotel with my dog and I was a bit worried how it would go. But the staff at hotel were just sooo amazing, so welcoming and doing everything for me and my dog to have the best stay. Everything is done to make your dog as confortable as possible. Dog bed, bowls, treats, and poopy bags were available in my room. Tables in the restaurant are reserved specially for dogs and their owners, and the staff always made sure my dog had treats and water available while at the restaurant. My dog loved the agility course, and all the love from the staff around the hotel. Will definitely go again!!”

“A lovely hotel and spa with friendly staff. We stayed in one of the spa suite with our 2 dogs. We all loved it. In the spa room was not just a hot tub but also a steam room and ice cold plunge tub! For the dogs they were provided with beds, bowls and a box with a Lilly's Kitchen meal and ball. As well as that they have a dog agility course on their grounds which both our dogs enjoyed. So, great stay and facilities. Would highly recommend.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Food in restaurant was expensive and price misleading. Invoice at end of week difficult to to understand with a couple of errors that ctook some time to resolve.

“Excellent facilities overall with outstanding pool and spa facilities. Plenty of outside sitting areas and lots of gardens to wonder with dog. Staff very friendly and attentive with many of them having doggy treats in pockets.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Upon arrival our suite was a bit hot due to the weather, within minutes they had an aircon unit brought up to ensure us and the pup didn't get too hot.

“We were welcomed with open arms by Homewood Hotel, our Dog Artie was treated like a King! He had a bed, bowls and a box with some food, treats and a ball waiting for him. (The Ball was a real favourite of his) He was allowed to join us in the bar for cocktails and in the conservatory for every meal. He loved the grounds and there was even a designated Dog Poo bin nearby. The staff couldn't have been more friendly with toys available for him to enjoy, even snuffle pads with treats preloaded. We have found having a larger Dog, some places aren't as acoomodating but NOT here, these guys treat all Dogs, big or small with the same welcome. Would definitely recommend and would definitely visit again! And for the humans, the food and drinks are gorgeous.”
