“We had a lovely stay at Forss after a disappointing start. There was a mix up with our booking (they said at Pets Pj’s end ) they had us booked in a day later and so there was no Radcliffe room available. They did sort out a standard room and we then had to pack up and move again in the morning, which was a pain , we’ve moved around so much on our trip we were looking forward to 3 settled nights. After a shaky start our new room was beautiful, the food was good and the staff very friendly. Betty ( our lab) was made to feel very welcome everywhere in the hotel which was a joy. We would hope to be recompensed in some way for both the inconvenience and the difference in room rate for the first night.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Perhaps more variation to the menu if visitors are stating for long periods ?

“Just a stunning boutique hotel with service impeccable from manager to bar staff and catering staff . Friendly and chatty and welcoming and Callum who was so young and so well mannered and courteous getting a particular mention . The lady organising restaurant service equally welcoming . Food was excellent quality and of a standard way above which was unexpected having been to other hotels in our three week tour of Scotland! Well located for visits to John O Groats and the tip of Scotland !”
