Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I think Pets Pyjamas need to inspect these properties because they really weren’t of the standard we have come to expect. We have used your company on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Your website suggests all apartments have an outside

“The apartment bore very little resemblance to the pictures on the website and was not of the high standard we have come to expect from Pets Pyjamas. When we arrived, we found out we had been allocated an apartment without outside space which was an absolute non-starter with our working cocker! To be fair, the receptionist was excellent and sorted us out with another apartment (supposedly an upgrade). The apartment really needed a bit of attention, decoration-wise, and the bathroom was a very tight fit and smelt of damp. The kitchen equipment was pretty sparse too and there was no hoover/ mop so the place looked a bit scruffy after 5 days. More towels would have been appreciated and the complimentary tea/ coffee was of a really low standard. There was no welcome pack for our furry friend either. Basically, this was a very humdrum apartment with very little to recommend it, apart from its absolutely outstanding location and the outside space. If you are thinking of using these apartments, I would absolutely recommend you check you have the speck you require, particularly regarding the outside space (one of the main reasons we booked in the first place).”
