“We stayed here with our dog. Fabulous location. Great views over Cardiff. Clean and very comfortable. Good food. The most outstanding quality is the staff. Very warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Had time to chat but not intrusive. Will definitely return”

“We only had one night at New House but definitely hope to return. The room was spacious and comfy, with a patio that had the most fantastic view over Cardiff and beyond. Baxter was made so welcome, with a bed and bowls, plus a sausage for breakfast! We were very short on fuel, due to the petrol crisis, and the staff were so helpful in finding out who was open and even offering to pick us up, if we ran out!”

“Very friendly and hard working staff, the rooms and the bathrooms are really gorgeous. The grounds are beautiful. The outdoor dining area is such a great idea during social distancing times and the views are exceptional. We have stayed several times and we really love it.”
