They openly admitted that they do not have 'Front facing Manager's' resulting in our issue, being passed on from staff member to staff member, all of which had nei

“Property hadn't been cleaned, dirty, wet,soiled towels & bedding left in a bin bag on the bed, muddy paw prints on the floor. 1st Rep promised to sort it out, then went home without passing it over, at 19.15, after me phoning back, was told could have up to £150 towards a hotel, but would have to source it ourselves..... this, is in the middle of Ambleside, in the height of summer, on a Sat night, with a dog. Pets Pyjamas said they would try & get it cleaned on Sun, but couldn't promise, so, no guarantees where we would be staying on the 2nd night of a 3 night break. Leaving us the only option of having to travel all the way back home.”

“Lovely little property at top of a very steep hill with lovely views from the back garden over the village and nearby hills. Extremely clean with all mod cons and very pet friendly property. Beautiful garden although not fully enclosed so if your dog likes to explore then you will need to keep an eye on them.”
