“Accommodation was good, clean and tidy. Albeit the toilet seat was heavily stained, which I put down to hard water area. Was a little disappointed with breakfast, included continental only, a hot breakfast was extra. If your furr baby goes to the toilet be prepared to find a bin for the woopsie bag .. we had to walk along the road to find one, none appeared available on the pub premises. The photos of the bar look very inviting, in essence yes it is, but pets only allowed in small area at entrance. No real area to exercise your furr baby .. there is a small area to the rear but it looks like it's used as the pubs storage / building area. To get a discount in bar, take cash .. 4% off bar prices.”

Having Booked B&B the expectation is always that this includes a "full English" having to pay extra for breakfast did feel like we didn't get the full value of the cost. This was the only negative although a sausage was cooked for our dog and toast was given on request which was not charged for.

“A nice Country village pub with Chalet rooms built in the grounds, that were comfortable and a good size. The only disappointment was to find out breakfast that was included was a very basic "continental" type. A cooked breakfast was available at a supplement. When this was questioned at check-in, the ORL stated that Pets in Pyjamas had failed to inform the guests of this fact several times before.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Not immediately brilliant for short dog walks, but a footpath in the village led to a nice cropped field.

“We had a good stay here, room was very comfortable and large. We had an excellent dinner and the dog was very welcome. The cooked breakfast, an additional charge, was excellent and they reduced the price as we only selected a few items. Restaurant prices were very reasonable. The whole place had been newly decorated.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? spoilt by breakfast and none availability meal after 6.45pm due to pre booking of bar on saturday night

“room was in an annex and very clean through out with easy access for molly outside for a walk and to toilet the downside was breakfast which was made up of 1xapple 1 x yogurt 1xcuisant 1xbutter 1xsmall orange juice per guest with no table to put this on .”
