“Spot loved his holiday at West House. He loved that he got his own basket and the staff were very kind by giving us the room with the best access to the garden. In the lounge Spot was brought treats and water and at breakfast he even got cut up sausage! I felt very relaxed and the customer service was brilliant. Thank you!”

“My husband and I stayed at West House for three nights and found it to be perfect. We had our dog, Megan with us and the staff were wonderful with her. Nothing was too much trouble and the ambiance was so friendly. The meals were outstanding and were eaten in a charming dining room. The bedroom was cosy and even had a dog bed and two bowls, one of which was filled with dog treats! We will certainly return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
