“The Inn itself was lovely - very attentive staff and excellent food. I like the fact that dogs are allowed in the restaurant- in general I can’t see an issue with this - it is widely accepted in France. Only 3 issues were the lighting in the bathroom which is not good for applying makeup, we really needed a bigger bed, may be a king size would have been better and the room was very hot. Value for money definitely!”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Would like a refund or compensation as wasnt even staying in a hotel

“We were moved to this hotel as our initial hotel the boiler had broken the day before we were due to arrive. We travelled from Peterborough to Northumbeland ( 4.5HOURS ) to get to the hotel to be told we were in " THE SHED " whch was a shepherds hut outside the pub bin yard. We then were kept awake all night by the door of the bin yard being left open with the wins. Twice we rang the pub to complain , then at 5am delivery drivers woke us up making alot of noise again, Hotel aware we arent impressed but didnt seem bothered, We want a refund or some money back as this wasnt what we paid for”

“The staff were great. Food was good, served promptly with excellent service. Bedroom decor not to our liking. Very dark with poor lighting. Needed a head torch to find our way around.”
