Did you and your dog receive a warm welcome? yes

Did you feel your stay was good value for money? no

“Sadly Pets Pyjamas didn’t do their homework on this one. We booked for two medium sized dogs and had the smallest room in the ‘hotel’. Was two nights of being very squished to say the least and very hot. Staff were lovely, though relatively inexperienced and service was slow, food was very good. Lovely area to explore.”

We pride ourselves not only on our wonderful Pet Concierge Team, but also on the fantastic properties we work with, so we are sorry we didn't get it quite right on this occasion. The White Hart in Overton has always been very popular for us, and as you can see from the reviews on our website, our customers are generally very happy with the hotel. We are therefore, sorry to hear this wasn't quite the case on this occasion.
