“My two half-chihuahuas loved the attention they got from staff, they loved their little hotel room and access to the gorgeous gardens (with plenty to sniff at and wee on) although they did not like the daschund who they caught outside peering in. We got a little packet of treats for the boys, and some bed freshener, and even a little birthday treat for one of the humans! Food was great, plenty of space for us in the lounge area with the lads. Gluten free catered for. Staff were lovely, very welcoming, can’t wait to go back!”

“We went for a night away which coincided with a wedding and large party at the hotel which meant it was fairly noisy late into the night and set various dogs off barking, however, it didn’t spoil our stay as the food and setting were lovely. It’s a really dog friendly hotel and all the staff were helpful. We went for a Sunday morning stroll (we took the red route) which finished off our weekend perfectly! The room was great, it led straight to a lawned area so I’d highly recommend Down Hall to other Pets Pjamas customers. Fizz and Elmo were very happy!”

“Our room overlooked dog friendly grounds with steps down from our room to our own bit of terrace and onto the grounds. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed atmosphere.”
