“This is a beautiful apartment in a lovey setting. It had everything we needed and our pup was made very welcome. Unfortunately it is situated right next to a main road and it was impossible to escape from the traffic noise.”

“I’d give 5 stars for the place and 1 star for Pets Pyjamas so went in the middle with 3. Great place to stay. Unfortunately Pets Pyjamas did not provide us with the key code to access the property. I did email customer service but never received a response (and still haven’t..) Luckily the concierge was still there at 4:45 so could help and assist us. Otherwise we’d have been locked out after driving all that way!!! Really poor service. If you don’t get a code in advance then contact them at least the day before to get one - but they might not even respond like us… Apart from that the apartment was lovely and as described and looked in the pictures. It was annoying not having a better description of what was included so if helpful the apartment includes towels, basic toiletries, loo roll, range of kitchen utensils, salt/pepper, cleaning supplies inc washing up liquid, cloths, hoover and mop, espresso coffee machine and a few pods to use, microwave, kettle, toaster, pans. It would be helpful to add this to the description so guests know what extras they might need to take. There isn’t anything for your dog (bowls, towels etc) so take everything. There is a dog wash station which was handy to hose down muddy paws. There’s also heated lockers to store wet boots which are free to use. The coffee machine in reception is not free. Plenty of parking, a bike store and kids play area. Great location for exploring and nearby pubs and curry house as well as place next door for food. Would happily go again but not book through pets pyjamas due to poor service.”
