“we had a break cancelled due to current situation had an email a few weeks ago saying money had been refunded not received it and cant get through to anyone i know people are busy but dont say the money will be in the bank when ive not had it”

“Domino and I loved our stay here. The staff gave us great tips on places to visit before we checked in. We had dinner in the bar which was comfortable even with other families and their dogs eating at the same time. Domino was given his own dog bed to rest on beside the table - the sausage treat helped too! The food was absolutely amazing and I'd go back for that alone. We had the suite with a private garden which I greatly appreciated in the morning when it was raining. The room was very comfortable with a giant roll top bath. Domino enjoyed the treat left for him in the room as well as all the fuss that was made of him. Overall, we had a wonderful time thanks to the amazing and friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. I've already booked a return trip for the summer.”

“We stayed in this lovely hotel with our cocker spaniel, Bruno. Cannot recomend it enough to those who wish to take their doggie away with them. There is even a separate dining room for people with their dogs, and l a dog bed was provided. Would recommend the double deluxe suite as even have your own enclosed garden.”

“Homely and welcoming hotel with large garden staff are very used to dogs and very comfortable with ten All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay We would certainly go again”
