“couldn’t sleep for two nights due to constant banging of the doors going on til 1.30am . Dog got very anxious . Wasn’t the relaxing 2 nights we expected sadly .”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? I would like to thank the wonderful staff there for making my 70th birthday memorable we will be going back.

“The hotel was very clean and comfortable the decorations were smart and classy I would recommend pets pyjamas to our doggie friends which we have already done. The location was very busy bus loads arrive every day. But if you stay at the lovely swan hotel you can see the village in its quiet times it's like going back in time.”

“Lovely dog friendly hotel. Our dog was made to feel very welcome, staff were friendly. Great food for dinner and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. The garden area was lovely too. The hotel was made aware this booking was for a birthday celebration, but this was not acknowledged unlike we have in other hotels. Overall we would recommend this hotel..”

“We enjoyed our stay, the room was only adequate. The food and service was excellent, with the exception of the ploughman’s at lunch, they need to work on this in the future. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly.”
